— HOW YOUR SESSION WORKS —

This is a prerecorded private session, not a live Zoom session. I complete your 15-minute session independently and record it specifically for you. On your scheduled delivery date, you’ll receive a private video link via email to watch at your convenience.

After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to share your questions, intentions, the people involved, the circumstances surrounding the situation, and anything else that feels relevant to what’s asking for your attention.

This context helps me understand where you’re experiencing friction, but it does not change the nature of the session: I will channel the energy that comes through rather than provide predictions, outcomes, or instructions about what you should do.

CONFIRMATION
Your confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of booking to the email address associated with your PayPal account. Please make sure this is an inbox you check regularly.

AVAILABILITY
Depending on booking volume, your scheduled session may be several months out. I complete every private session personally, and availability is limited. If you’d like to know the current booking window before purchasing, please contact my office.

RECOGNITION, NOT PREDICTION
My sessions aren’t about immediate answers, quick “yes or no” outcomes, or predicting what happens next. This work is about recognition, not prediction. I channel what comes through; you determine where it applies.

EXPEDITED SESSIONS
If timing is a priority, an expedited option is available for an additional $300. Expedited sessions are prioritized and delivered within 10 business days of payment.

This is a 30-minute private session conducted live with me on Zoom.

Once your booking is received, my office will contact you with available dates and times to schedule your session. During our 30 minutes together, we'll explore what’s asking for your attention and the energy that comes forward in real time.

The live format gives us space for conversation and clarification as the session unfolds, but it does not change the nature of the session: I will channel the energy that comes through rather than provide predictions, outcomes, or instructions about what you should do.

Your session will also be recorded and shared with you afterward, so there’s no need to take notes while we’re together.

If timing is a priority, an expedited option is available for an additional $300. Expedited sessions receive priority scheduling and will be scheduled within 10 business days of payment.

RESERVING YOUR SESSION
When available dates and times are offered, those openings will be reserved for you for 48 hours. If a selection is not confirmed within that window, the openings will be offered to the next client in line, and you’ll then be offered Kiki’s next available options.

CANCELLATION + SCHEDULING
All sessions are scheduled in Central Standard Time (CST), and clients are responsible for confirming the corresponding time in their local time zone.

Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for reimbursement and may only be rescheduled through a new booking. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Kiki offers a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After five minutes, the session will be considered missed so Kiki can remain on schedule for her other clients.
